The Dal Forno Jib Crane, can be fitted with manual or electric rotation, in both column or wall-mounted models, and are designed to handle the goods inside a plant, a yard or next to a processing machine. "C" channel profile jib model Capacity: range 125 to 1000 kg Jib length: 3 to 7 m. This model is characterized by the extreme ease of handling due to the low inertia deriving from the light weight. The jib is normally fitted with a special “channel” profile trolley, which allows it to be easily pushed or pulled.

Features
Key parameters to be observed when choosing a jib crane are:
Functional dimensions: height of the jib, which determines the hook path of the hoist, and its length must be selected so as to guarantee the functional coverage of the area to be served, with consideration of the surrounding obstacles.
Capacity: Determines the heaviest load to be lifted. Type of movement: manual or electric, depending on the load to be handled and the type of jib chosen (channel profile, cantilever, overbraced, articulated jib).
Nature of the load: delicate or not, determines the positioning of choice and the suitable speeds of lifting and traveling. Dual speed hoists can be used, with a slow positioning speed.
Area of use: the jib crane can be used inside and/or in a covered area, sheltered from bad weather and wind. If used outside, measures must be taken related to the surface treatment (sandblasting, painting) as well as a brake stopping system and adequate protection covers.
